As women, we need to learn how to listen to our bodies so we can exercise not only to get the best benefits but also to make sure that we don't overstress and overwhelm our nervous system. Work with your cycle and period of life you are in. If like Jen you live with a chronic health condition, it's important to exercise when you can, when you are well so you can build resilience in your body so when or if you go into a flare again, your body has the strength to recover.
