Family seasonal changes within and out.
I don't know about you, transitioning to a new season, is much like transitioning to.. well anything new..
There's resistance, tension and often illness and quiet time.. then.. a burst of energy!!
Everyone in the family manages their energy and emotions around this, differently..
In this episode.. my body knocked me down (bi-annual season change illness).. so I could be more still.. sort of:)..
