Laura Rodriguez is a chef, backyard farmer and autoimmune warrior. She manages her rheumatoid arthritis through diet and lifestyle and has reversed a handful of other conditions over the past decade. She has taught hundreds of healthy cooking classes for Whole Foods, The Nashville Farmers' Market, Nashville Community Education Commission, Gilda's Club, and The Kitchen Nashville and has written hundreds of anti-inflammatory healing recipes for The Heimerdinger Foundation, Edible Nashville, Meaningfull Living, and other publications.
