You just want to get home.

Long hours, disgruntled patients (or families), and bumper to bumper traffic has you yearning for your couch.

Once home, you’re met with all kinds of normal life tension which is now somehow amplified.

And where does this leave you?

You’re left to ruminate in stress, anxiety, and exhaustion.
