Your Daily Prayer Daniel 2:27-28
Today’s daily devotional is based on the story of Daniel and the King's Dream. King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon was troubled by a disturbing dream and sought interpretations from his wise men and magicians, but they failed him. In his anger, the king ordered their execution. However, Daniel interceded and, with God's guidance, provided the interpretation. As a result, Nebuchadnezzar acknowledged God's power, and Daniel was elevated to a position of high authority in the kingdom.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for giving me a divine understanding in matters of people with great influence. I acknowledge that when You give insight it allows me to have foresight into the best possible solution moving forward. Allow Your wisdom in me to serve as a light that cuts through the darkness of lies from those who seek to be people pleasers rather than people of integrity. Give me an understanding heart so that I may know where people are coming from, and where their pain points are, so that I can best serve them. Like King Nebuchadnezzar, there are others who are tormented because they can’t understand the dream for their lives and I am choosing to be an avenue of clarity and hope. Therefore… clear my mind, cleanse my heart and prepare me to be a dealer of hope, like Daniel! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
