"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." Matthew 28:19-20

In verse 18, Jesus declares that "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me." This statement establishes that God's rulership is absolute, sovereign, and universal. The commission to make disciples is not an isolated task but flows from God's ultimate authority as King over all creation.

The instruction to “make disciples of all nations” showcases the inclusivity of God's rulership. No people group or nation is outside His dominion. The mandate reflects God's heart for all humanity to come under His reign through salvation.

Matthew 28:19-20 is more than a call to evangelism; it’s a declaration of God’s rulership. It invites us to actively participate in expanding His kingdom on earth, living under His sovereign rule, and inviting others to do the same. His authority, mission, and presence remind us that His dominion is eternal, His Word unshakable, and His rulership unmatched.
