Letting go of your hurt
Sometimes we get tricked into thinking that holding on to the hurts of life is somehow getting back at the person who hurt you in the first place.

The truth is, we are only hurting ourselves when we hold onto our hurt.
When we let go of our hurt our life improves spiritually, emotionally, and even physically.
