Brian shows us another example of the debt collector presenting its own documents that kill its own case with a securitized trust and poor allegations in the lawsuit. Remember, if they word "account" replaces the word "debt" the debt is still in the secured trust as the collector's own Affidavit shows here. Fintech Financing is killing debt buyer lawsuits.
