On this episode, the boys provided some training and life updates. We started off chatting about some unfortunate run-ins with animals we have had over the last few weeks. We also previewed our 5 mile Thanksgiving Day race and gave some thoughts on NCAA cross-country.

While we were recording, Chris sent a photo of us on the pod to a group text we are in and Floberg asked for a link! He and Cheston hopped in and we chatted with them on the second half of the episode which was a pleasant surprise. Floberg talked about his training for the rest of the year and 2025 race plans, and Cheston gave us some updates live from his Florida vacation. Enjoy!
