Our body is a complex metabolic system of processes. A system with a lot of resilience. However, our way of life can disrupt these processes. That disruption can cause us to become ill. And long-term disruptions can cause chronic diseases, such as diabetes and obesity. Over the past three episodes of Lifestyle for Health we have taken a closer look at 'Metabolic Resilience'.
