Erin Girzone has been awesome friend over the years! She founded Good Health is a Habit Wellness studio in Waterford, Maine. Erin is honored to operate a business with a mission of helping others to improve their quality of life through mindful movement. At the studio, everyone is seen as a body that is designed to move, and a mind that is designed to move and grow.

With Erin’s help you will break down the box you stuck yourself and discover you can move well, and you are incredibly strong. It became clear to Erin that good health is the result and culmination of one’s habits. As Erin works with you on a physical level, she is also supporting a shift in your mindset, a profound step that allows you to change your actions.
