Bullying is a heartbreaking reality that impacts so many young lives today, especially in our social media-driven world. In this episode, we dive into practical, heartfelt ways to support the teens we care about most. We'll talk about how to recognize the different forms of bullying, why developing inner confidence is a game-changer, and how to build a strong support system that makes all the difference. Plus, I’ll share insights on the power of responding thoughtfully instead of reacting emotionally and how our faith and values can be a grounding force in the toughest moments. Moms, you are the biggest role models in your kids' lives, and when you stand strong, they learn to do the same. Join me as we explore ways to equip our kids with the tools they need to face bullying with strength, resilience, and a deep sense of self-worth.
