In the fitness world, we often talk about how to workout, when to workout, what muscles to workout and more. What we don't always address is the importance of muscle recovery!
Muscle recovery is the healing and repair that happens in your muscles after an intense or challenging workout. Without proper muscle recovery, we can experience pain, injury, fatigue and decreased motivation to continue exercising.
In today's episode, Jessica talks about why muscle recovery is so important and how this has played out in her own life in the past six months. She also talks you through the top ways you can support your own body in muscle recovery.
