As the Chief Commercial Officer for the Ferretti Group and CRN Executive Board Member, Stefano De Vivo oversees a lot of activity at the dedicated Superyacht Yard in Ancona, Italy. Specifically where CRN is concerned, and the four custom yachts it has under construction currently, this translates to hundreds, if not thousands, of employees and subcontractors flowing in and out of the gates over the course of the construction cycles. It's a challenge to keep all of these craftspeople stay on schedule, while simultaneously ensuring the ownres can make important changes.
