In the early years of our careers, inhouse training and development was highly regarded as part of a path to more senior positions. These days there seems to be some resistance to providing these opportunities mostly based on the economic viability of training someone only to have them leave the organisation.

This week Kim and Fulyana look at innovations in this area that apply to any size organisation as well as the relative investment being made for the return to bot the individual and the organisation.
