Their proposed changes include the casualisation of salaried managers, cutting their overtime, evening and weekend pentalty rates, as well as their annueal leave loading in exchange for a 25% pay rise to $67,000; Rest times between shifts would be reduced to 10 hours from 12; employees could also waive their meal breaks during their six-hour shifts.
