Tonight was a very powerful episode, and one we felt that needed to be touched upon with all that has been going on in the news lately with Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain. The guys dig deep and share how they used food to help them deal with some of their own mental health issues. Take a listen, as we touched upon a variety of topics within the realm of mental health. Lets also state that neither of the guys are medical professionals, and are only speaking from experiences that they have had in their lives.
