All demons have legal rights to sin of any kind,

They may not torment at will it doesn’t mean they are not there

When demons have legal grounds then they have the right to remain.

These legal grounds must be destroyed in order to receive and maintain deliverance.

Meaning we must repent of our sins according to the Word of the Lord in 2 Cor. 7:10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

Not the kind of repentance like Esau in Hebrews 12:17 or ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.
