Today’s quickie podcast episode is a mash-up of two excerpts from a couple calls I hosted inside my private mastermind earlier this year. We talk about the two paths to healing - purification & pleasure, the danger of a project-based approach to healing vs being in relationship with yourself during your healing journey, the doing vs the being in healing work, and not getting caught up in the over-excavation or over-analyzation of every move you make in the name of “self-help.” My hope in sharing this is that you feel LIBERATED and you feel reconnected with your joy, pleasure, and goodness in your life EVEN when you’re in the healing.
