today's episode is a recording of a simple guided embodiment practice that I led one of my group portals through a couple years ago. utilizing our alchemical tools of movement, awareness, breath, presence, your senses, and tender touch in to clear space in your field & your body to receive the downloads and activating your sexual/your life-force energy.
