The 2021 holiday season has passed, but with global supply chains still struggling due to capacity issues and the omicron variant, volumes have spilled into the first quarter of 2022. Nevertheless, logistics providers took the hard-won lessons of 2020 to heart and avoided some of the delays and issues that plagued 2020’s holiday peak.
