Welcome back to this week's episode of Open Dorm! Today, we discuss living in the moment; what it means to do so and the importance of it in our daily lives. In this current stage of life, most of us find it easy to lose sight of the things going on around us as we prepare for what comes next. Although it is important to look towards the future, we cannot forget to be in the moment or else we will miss so many potential experiences and memories.
