In this episode of the Outstanding People podcast, acclaimed Sex Therapist, TV Host, and Hollywood Intimacy Coordinator, Dr. Tiffanie Davis Henry and I tackle the taboo subject of sex. Whether you are single or in a relationship we have advice to better your sex life and help you and your partner better understand each other.
Sex is one of those subjects that too many of us are afraid or too embarrassed to talk about, but when we do learn to communicate with our partners it makes everything better. And it all starts with the conversations your parents had with you and the conversations you have with your children. Remember the birds and the bees talk? How many of you had that with your parents?
