If you are a Foodie, you won't want to miss this interview with Chef James Aptakin. Chef James started his career in the US Navy responsible for feeding 6000 sailors aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln. After leaving the military Chef sought out and trained under some of the biggest names in the culinary world including Michelin Star and James Beard Award winning chefs Joel Robuchon, Thomas Keller, Curtis Duffy, Dominique Crenn and more. He has cooked for Presidents, Senators, and members of Congress. In 2018 Chef James won the World Seafood Championship representing his home state of Hawaii and the United States. He has been featured on the Food Network several times and for the past decade has been invited to cook for the exclusive Elton John Oscar Party where the biggest celebrities in the entertainment business come to dine. Recently Chef James was the Culinary Director for three star Michelin Chef Dominique Crenn.
