Sophie’s second son was born during the peak of the global COVID-19 pandemic in London, and we talk about the concerns she faced and plans she had to put in place to prepare to bring new life into the new normal.
Sophie brilliantly and honestly shares how she’s adjusting to life at home (in lockdown) as a new family of four, and the realities of maternity leave when juggling a newborn, a new family unit and new business. Mum guilt is a powerful thing, she says.
