Arn Cenedella is a real estate broker and investor with over 40 years of experience. He built a successful residential brokerage in Silicon Valley, focusing on single-family rentals in the Bay Area and beyond, while helping others build their own portfolios. In 2014, Arn moved to Greenville, SC, continuing his real estate ventures. By 2020, he transitioned to multifamily investments, founding Spark Investment Group to allow busy professionals to benefit from real estate without the demands of property management. Today, Arn manages a multifamily portfolio as a general partner, overseeing over 1,100 units valued at more than $138 million.
