Have you wondered how to make those kegels transfer to not leaking during a jumping jack or while running or chasing down your kids? Wondering what's the best way to progress your exercises so that you can keep getting stronger without doing too much and causing more prolapse, pain and leaking? This is a very common and valid concern as the worst thing you could do is go too hard and cause injury, leaking or prolapse when you never had it before that. That is why I am so excited that my New App Pelvic Floor, Core & More is Launching SOON! My first program inside this platform is going to be an 8 week RESTORE program that walks you through the steps, taking the guesswork out!

Inside today’s episode I am giving you some ideas on when and how to progress safely and effectively, but also what my progressions and weekly breakdown will look like inside of the Restore program. It is so important to make sure that you are not just doing kegel, but connecting the whole kinetic chain to work together so that you can restore your whole body, starting at the core! It is more than just adding weights and reps. Is it functional? Is it realistic? Is it progressing you towards the bigger higher intensity exercises like running, jumping, and HIIT training you are so anxious to be able to do? The Restore program not only will help guide you through safe and effective workouts each week, but will also give you a weekly lesson to help you understand your body and how to heal and prevent issues in the future! There is also a weekly group coaching call for accountability, trouble shooting and any questions you may have to help tailor the program more individually to you!
