Most “high level” trainers and coaches don’t like to talk about this, but we’ve ALL had crappy clients and athletes over the years.

The person who is never motivated to train.

Late cancels all the time (but doesn’t want to get charged).

And literally sucks the life out of you every time they’re in the gym.
