‘Does an apple a day keep the doctor away?’ Welcome to the third episode of Postdocalypse, produced by health sciences postgraduate researchers at King's College London. This episode is hosted by Michael Norman from the Dental Institute, interviewing Emily Prpa from Nutritional Sciences about her research on the effects of polyphenols, commonly found in large amounts of fruits, on blood sugar levels.
