On Episode 207 I sit down with Jess Snapp. Snapp is a friend of mine that I have gotten to know better during my time here at CrossFit Roots. Snapp is a former gymnast and dancer who left the corporate world to become a trainer. She found CrossFit a few years ago, was instantly hooked, and hasn't slowed down since.
