On Episode 206 I sit down with Allison Scahill. Allison is a friend of mine from CrossFit Roots. If you recall, on Episode 197 I sat down for a conversation with her husband, Cary Hair. Naturally, I had to get the other, arguably more accurate, side of the story.
Allison works for CrossFit HQ as a Copy Editor and has been with the company for 12 years now. On this episode, we talk about her journey to finding CrossFit, working for CrossFit HQ, writing and why that is such a passion of hers, and so much more.
