Today we interview Debbie Cosic, Founder and CEO of In2ition Realty, a major marketing company in the pre-construction real estate market in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Buying pre-construction condos has been a winning strategy in the Toronto area over the past 15 to 20 years. The timelag between purchase and completion allowed for price appreciation, so that when the building was complete, buyers already had a capital gain built in.

Debbie and I review the process on how to buy pre-construction properties. We cover the basics, from worksheets to deposit structure, from interim occupancy to final closing. Learn how the process works.
