Welcome to another episode of Real Time with Rose Sandy, where we talk books and more. Today we look at the most secretive character in the Decrypter books, whose past and secrets we will try to unearth.

She’s witnessed most of modern-day history first-hand given her diplomatic seat at international negotiating tables. History and artifacts also fascinate Allegra, evident from her extensive collection in her West London villa, where Calla spends a lot of time.
Several decades ago, Allegra inherited a vast fortune. Calla never once questions the origins of this wealth, and the media speculate about family links to mining. Does it matter? Allegra is no snob.
