"Dear Heavenly Father, I come before you with a humble heart. I acknowledge that I am a sinner in need of your forgiveness. I believe in your Son, Jesus Christ, and His sacrifice on the cross for my sins. I accept Him as my Lord and Savior. Wash away my sins, and guide me in your ways. Thank you for your grace and mercy. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen."
