Eric McDonald is a friend, a father and the founder of Docutap, a healthcare technology company that over the course of 22 years grew into what is known as a unicorn. A unicorn is a company that sells, or is valued, at more than a billion dollars. The success that Eric saw personally and in his company is incredible. However, like many others ahead of him, there is more of the story to be told about the missteps that occurred in Eric’s personal life and the ripple effect those decisions had on his marriage, on his relationships with his kids and at work.
