Savasana, or final relaxation, is typically done at the end of a yoga class. However, I’m a big proponent of taking savasana whenever you need it! Make yourself comfortable, grab pillows, a blanket, and whatever else you need to support stillness. I hope you enjoy and happy Savasana!
