In this episode of RVCast, we visit Accardi Vineyards in Vacaville, California, and chat with Cinzia, one of the owners. She shares the vineyard's history, which started in the early 90s on almost five acres of land. Cinzia discusses their four grape varieties (Cabernet, Syrah, Red Zinfandel, and Moscato) and their journey from planting vines in the early 90s to producing wines and olive oils today. We learn about her family's Italian heritage, the vineyard's role in the local community, and her other ventures such as making cosmetics with their homemade olive oils.
