In this episode is sit down with a lively Red, who recently started working as a brewer for Roosters Brewing. We are joined by a mellow and laid back Steve Kirkland who is the brewmaster at Roosters.
We start of the episode discussing what Steve calls a cold IPA as having an "identity crisis". Which was poured and ready to enjoy a taster.
Red discusses what lead her to ask to be considered for an open brewing position and being throw into the brewhouse right away.
We discuss the brewing equipment that Steve started work on 1988 & what is used today.
