In this episode I sit down with Kris, a beer tender at Grid City Beer Works.
Kris and I discuss her move from a craft beer meca, San Diego, CA to Salt Lake City, UT. We discuss her initial thoughts about Utah and SLC and her experience once her and her boyfriend, now fiancé arrived in town. Kris talks about enjoying craft beer at Squatters where she ultimately ended working and making connections. We cheers and enjoy Grid City house pilsners as we discuss the underrated MILK shots which are unique to GCBW around these parts. Since patio season is now upon us Kris talks about the upstairs patio where you can enjoy a pint with, as Kris puts it, fur babies! I ask Kris about her affinity with books.
