We've found that most marriages are chasing intimacy but looking in all the wrong places. We sure did, and it never created a relationship that met the deep needs of our souls.
What we eventually discovered was that spiritual intimacy needed to be the foundation of our relationship, and that spiritual intimacy would lead to emotional intimacy. These two things, working together, then created a foundation for a new marriage, and one in which our sexual intimacy could grow and even flourish.
