Midwife, Sofie Jacobs from Urban Hatch shares her insights into giving birth during Covid-19. We explore the restrictions in place and how they impact new parents and birth plans. Many people are having babies without family support and isolation can be a factor that affects post natal care. Sofie gives us great advice on how to manage during these difficult times. Her mission is for new parents to to feel nurtured and supported from bump, to birth and beyond, especially during these difficult times.
