Do you have a nighttime routine? If not, it's time to start one. Nighttime routines are often overlooked, but they can have a huge impact on your productivity in the morning.

I want you to know that it's possible to create an evening ritual without feeling like you're sacrificing any sleep or spending more time than necessary at home - because there is no one-size fits all approach when creating new habits!
