In this episode, I discuss a study that explores the relationship between informal field-based learning and performance. In this episode I summarise the key findings which includes evidence to indicate that both work climate and staffing limit impact the relationship between informal field-based learning and performance and translate how you can utilise the findings from this study into practice.
