What are the mental health professionals to do when they feel unqualified or inadequate to help a person? Dr. Roy walks us through his dissertation exploring those topics. He also gives us helpful definitions to understand the difference between shame, guilt, and humiliation, and why being self-aware is so crucial for a counselor.
