What exactly is posture? How can you improve it? And is there an ideal posture that you should be striving for?

My name is Aly DiRoma, and I'm a lifelong dancer and dance teacher with a passion for Pilates and Movement practices to support your body so you can move as you were meant to.

In today's episode of the Modern Body Podcast, I aim to answer these three important questions about our posture and offer you some of the insights I have into everything from the daily routines and stressors that influence our posture to the exercises we can do to influence our joint positions over time.

If you're hung up about your posture, but not sure where to start, then I encourage you to join me, and be gentle with yourself.
