Changes in legislation, tax and regulations in future, when and why you should engage a Quantity Surveyor as an investor and or owner occupy utilising part of their premises for business use. Tax Depreciation Schedules being a key tool to benefit property investors and owners.

Expansion and discussion on other uses for engagement of a Quantity Surveyor.

Discussion on engagement of a Quantity Surveyor for use in construction feasibility building estimates and insurance estimates for adequate replacement costs or agreed costs in your policy cover for free standing and or multiple unit sites and complications that may be encountered.

We discuss the current housing crisis, holding costs, variations due to inflation, labour costs, construction and building costs, supply chain material costs and delays, builders warranty insurance, building code changes and town planning.

All of the above components are effecting property ownership and investment, regardless if building new as a knock down re build replacement vs established renovations and extensions.

What is happening now with Housing Affordability and Social Housing plans and tax reforms and matters effecting and limiting the established Private Investor Market housing supply of rental properties and the Outlook for the next 24 months,
