In this episode of Homing In hosted by JD Tomlin we're joined by Mark "Friedo" Friedman, a radio veteran with about 30 years of experience in talk radio and podcasting.

Friedo got his start in 1994 producing a Fantasy Football Show on 570 KLIF, before climbing the ranks to producing and hosting various talk shows on the same station. He later moved to sports radio 1310 The Ticket, where he took on roles in station management, show production, and hosting. After nine years at The Ticket, Friedo joined ESPN in the same roles.

In 2016, Friedo founded FriedoNation Productions, an audio production business that specializes in spoken word podcasts. He continues to produce and host sports podcasts, but has also established a method of marketing small businesses through hyper-local, community-based podcasts.

In this episode, Friedo shares his insights on the evolution of talk radio and the rise of podcasting.
