Michica Guillory has been a fixture in Houston real estate for 22 years, specializing in Commercial Real Estate and focusing on asset management during her time in the corporate sector. Today, she sits on the Board of Directors of Texas REALTORS® and is the Vice Chair of the Commercial Committee for Texas REALTORS® while also serving on an elite Commercial Forms Task Force to update and create new commercial contracts for use all over Texas. She also owns her own commercial real estate school and has been teaching commercial real estate for nearly 10 years in Texas, Ohio, Georgia, Michigan, and Montana and was also recently awarded the title of Texas REALTORS® 2021 Educator of the Year.
