Sometimes, I think that we convince ourselves that no one wants to hear the Gospel or that we would bother people with it. Well, let me tell you a testimony from my own life. We see this happen again and again, week after week as we disciple Christians to share their faith. It was an ordinary Saturday afternoon.
I took my team to a laundromat. We had some wonderful conversations and were about to leave when a white car pulled. A young man leaned out and cried, "Me next. Do me next!" I wasn’t sure if he actually knew that we wanted to share with him, but when I asked him if he really wanted to hear the Gospel, he said, “Yes, please share with me!”
After telling him about Jesus, he and his 19 year old girlfriend prayed to receive Christ right there in the laundromat parking lot. God has uniquely fitted us for this time. All we must do is be willing to share.
