She is the current Director of the SAGA (Sexual Health and Gender Affirmation) Center and Director of the first Sexual Medicine Fellowship in the country for OBGYN physicians. In addition, she's a fellow of International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH) and education committee chair.
The symptoms usually begin within seconds, minutes, or hours, and last for up to a week after orgasm. The cause and prevalence are unknown. This rare condition
